Overall Satisfaction

I had my hair strengthen at Qi a while ago. I would say this is the best place to get your hair strengthen so far... if you are ok with the price. (I happened to have special discount..) The stylist is very attentive. She examined my hair whether I can do it or not. Luckily I have a long, thick hair so there's no problem (I'm Asian, btw). She also recommended me to get a hair treatment after the strengthening, which I agree and really happy with the decision. The outcome is just perfect, though my wallet was a crying :-P

It has been 4 months already and my hair is still great! I think part of it is that Shiseido is a very good brand for hair, but some salon still managed to screw it. This place is highly recommended!
