- fresh chili or dried powder chili depends on your taste
- fried small fish ¼ cup
- fresh mixed greens
Methods
- Prepare all the ingredients, place shredded green mango, lemongrass, green onion, cilantro, shallots into a bowl. Mix lime juice, fish sauce, and chili together, pour into the prepared mixture. Taste to your preference. The amount of lime juice and fish sauce can be adjusted depending on the sourness of the green mango and the saltiness of the fried fish.
- Gently mix in the fried fish.
- Place the mixed greens onto a plate, serve the mango salad on top.
